For landowners in the Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council area. Local plan status checked against council sources on 12 October 2026.
Nuneaton and Bedworth adopted its Borough Plan Review (2021–2039) on 10 December 2025. It replaces the 2011–2031 Borough Plan and is now the main development plan for the borough.
With a recently adopted plan, new allocations usually come through the next review. Land promoters often position sites early for that process. The south of the borough, between Bedworth and Coventry, includes Green Belt where grey belt policy may be relevant. Read our plain-English guide to grey belt land.
Including land around Nuneaton, Bedworth, Bulkington, Ash Green, Keresley End. If your land is elsewhere in the area, get in touch anyway.
Tell us roughly where your land is and its size. We do some free desk checks, then, if it looks promising and you agree, we introduce you to a land promoter who works in the area. Their fee comes from the eventual sale, and our fee is paid by the promoter. Always take independent legal advice before signing anything. More on how land promotion works.
